Business & Executive Travel

  • Investment: Custom pricing, offered on a project basis or via retainer for ongoing travel support.

Essential Itinerary Design

The core elements of your trip are thoughtfully arranged. Hotels are booked with VIP perks, private airport transfers secured, and key tours and experiences coordinated to support a flexible, travel experience.

  • Investment: $100 per planned travel day

The Hotel Edit

A curated shortlist of three standout hotels in your chosen destination, selected for your travel style and priorities. Each option includes detailed context on how the hotel fits your needs, available VIP benefits, and a simple booking path, with the option for me to place the booking on your behalf at no additional cost, should you prefer. Ongoing advisor support is provided before and during your stay.

  • Designed for: Travelers who know where they’re going and want expert guidance on where to stay, with advisor support, without full itinerary planning.
  • Investment: $100 flat fee

Hotel Booking Only

Already chosen your hotel? I’ll place and manage the booking on your behalf at no additional cost to you. Where available, VIP benefits such as complimentary breakfast or property credits are included, along with ongoing support before and during your stay.

Hotel partners compensate advisors for confirmed reservations, which allows this service to be offered at no additional cost for straightforward bookings.

  • Designed for: Travelers who already know where they want to stay and would like the added value and support of booking through an advisor.
  • Investment: No fee. You pay the standard cost of your hotel stay.

Partner Travel Programs


Booking support for established travel programs offered by trusted partners such as Backroads, Abercrombie & Kent, Tauck, Delta Vacations, and most other leading travel companies. This includes advising on program selection, placing and managing reservations through trusted industry relationships, and coordinating insurance, flights, transfers, and accommodations before and after the journey.

Partner travel program bookings may also be combined with Full-Service or Essential Itinerary Design, at the rates described above, for extended experiences beyond the program itself.

  • Designed for: For clients who prefer to travel through established, best-in-class programs while retaining the ease and oversight of a private travel concierge.
  • Investment: No planning fee. You pay the standard cost of the selected program.

Flight Booking Support

Commercial air travel arranged as part of a cohesive, well-considered journey. Flight options are selected to align with your overall itinerary, preferences, and timing, supporting a smooth experience from departure through arrival.

This service is available as an add-on to all Atlas Aurora planning and concierge services, and may also be offered independently by request.

Post-booking support varies by ticket type. Select premium fares offer access to dedicated in-house ticketing assistance in the event of schedule changes or disruptions.

  • Designed for: Clients who prefer expert assistance with selecting and booking flights as part of a thoughtfully coordinated travel experience.
  • Investment: $50 per commercial flight booked.
    Private aircraft arrangements available by inquiry.

Flight Points & Mileage Bookings

Points bookings are facilitated through a trusted partner platform. Clients may choose between full concierge support for award travel or a limited research-based recommendation for those who prefer to book independently.

Concierge Points Booking Service

  • Designed for: Clients who want expert assistance navigating award availability, booking flights using points or miles, and support with schedule changes or disruptions.
  • Investment: $200 per passenger (paid directly to points concierge partner) A one-time $25 search fee applies and is credited toward the booking if confirmed.

Points Research & Recommendation

  • Designed for: Clients who prefer to book independently and want a professional, research-based recommendation on how to best use their flight points. This is a research-only service.
  • Investment: $50 per request
